The things you miss
This is Colm's last week in Dublin for quite a while so we've been doing the Colm tour of Dublin...well food tour of Dublin anyway! We spent Saturday wandering the city centre, starting with bagels stuffed with everything at It's a Bagel in the Epicurian food hall, hot chocolate made from ice cream at the Australian food company and tea and cheesecake in Rio whilst reading the papers... back home for a leaving party in his house packed with all his friends, a lot of beer, a few bottles of champagne and some fireworks ... photos coming soon! We both had yesterday and today off work, a bit of packing to get finished but nothin too much to get done so we went into town and had pizza in DeFointaines, the largest pizza slices in the city and went to see the Centenary of the Irish Independent Exhibit at the National Photographic Archive (it's pretty cool and on for a couple of weeks so go check it out!) and then took a DART out to Dalkey for some wandering and a couple of pints of Czech beer. Home with a bottle of wine and a large chunk of Brie :-)

Ah.. I miss It's a Bagel at the epicurean food hall. Particularly the Californian sandwich... hmmmm, avocado.
sounds delish, but seriously there put too much avocado on everything out here..i almost got sick on my last avocado burger:)
